The photos online accurately depicted the resort, and the dining team was extremely accommodating and hospitable. Despite some minor drawbacks, such as difficult-to-open doors and a lack of toiletries, the overall cleanliness of the resort was commendable. The staff promptly addressed a problem with my room and provided a spare room to ensure my comfort. I would recommend Rsam Beach Resort for its welcoming atmosphere and helpful staff.
